A real estate professional for 25 years and a multi-million dollar producer,Carolyn holds a membership with Western Magic Valley Realtors, Idaho and National Association of Realtors. A trustee and past president of the South Central Medical Alliance. She is currently a member of the Foundation Board for Saint Luke's Magic Valley Health System. A former Miss Rodeo Idaho and Miss Wool of Idaho. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Miss Twin Falls Scholastic Pageant. A certified ski and aerobics instructor.

As a graduate of the University of Portland Carolyn holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Education. Her real estate designations include Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Real Estate Institute and Accredited Buyer Representative.
